Branched chain amino acids (BCAAs) are an important group of essential amino acids consisting of Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine. How to use?

Add 6 g of BCAA powder to 250 ml of water (dispenser inside the package) and shake or stir well. Suitable for use 1-2 times a day. A balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.

Store tightly closed, in a dry place out of the reach of children, away from direct sunlight and at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C.

Once opened, consume within 3 months.
